1. Placement of package locker makes delivery issues more frequent.
2. Not providing proper ventilation, or an air condition system that works. And then receiving emails from management concerning vacuum noise and flavorful food smells in the courtyard due to people leaving their windows and doors open. So I was afraid to enjoy my own life, and dealing with terrible air circulation to boot.
3. Laundry machines did not work or were too expensive when changed to a new system. Machines are spread... across the building so you have to go scavenging for available washers on a regular basis.
4. The elevators are weird and slow. When using the one on bancroft side I was let off at the 4th floor when the only button pressed was the 1st frequently.
5. Section of mailboxes were broken for months, and management did not communicate with residents affected when notified; they simply left the work order open with no updates.
6. Upon move in there was no note of the callbox or the request only policy of being added to it. For months the weird signals of the machine led us to believe it was broken. It was only upon asking for an extra key set for a dog sitter while I had to go to my fathers memorial that I was then supplied with being added to the callbox as the only solution to the issue, a week after the request (8 months after move-in). The only reason being that the building manager had been on vacation. Upon expressing dismay, she noted via email that I needed to “check my tone” and proceeded to push for an in-person meeting that I noted I was not comfortable with and needed to be done in writing. She asked twice more with no added reasoning other than her being manager. If she wanted to make me feel unsafe in my home, she succeeded.
7. The new assistant witnessed my dog urinating in an area that was adjacent to the dog park and the prior assistant had said nothing when witnessing it in the past. I received an email from the manager stating that I had to backpay pet rent for the past nine months and the dog had to vacate immediately as it was outside of breed regulations. Despite the ESA paperwork being on file since move-in and the breed being noted in several emails in the past.
8. The paint opted for did not allow for command hooks and renter friendly wall-mounting fixtures.
10.Uneven flooring throughout 1st floor apartment.
My only pro for this place is that the maintenance team is amazing. Mario was always helpful and respectful of my home.

The leasing office is very unprofessional. I was the residents of this apartment. The first time, they wrote three names on the check. My bank refused to give me the money as my account doesn't have three names as it wrotes on the check. I am speechless about this stupid situation, it is common sense to write a check with only the name of its fellow account. The second time I called them about this situation, they persisted that they did it right and believed it was the bank's fault. The third... time I called them, they yelled at me and said they would call me later, but they never called me again. 2 months from I moved out, I am still waiting for my three thousand dollars from the leasing office. I have rented at least four apartments for years. The service and environment of this apartment are the worst.

The manager can do nothing but charge rentals. Everytime I ask a question, the only answer is "That's the policy of company and I know nothing". But it seems that she's the only staff of the company and once she's on vacation, the whole company would stop working.

Awful place to live. The mgmt never help us when we asked.
We had internet in our apartment they take it away. Constant homeless. Property is so nasty and unclean. Our friends who are also students were assaulted on the property. Stay away! So sorry we rented here!!

It is the best place I've ever lived in because it is small yet space and energy efficient.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you did not have a positive move-out experience. Since checks are addressed to all people on the lease, this may be why you are running to the issue. We can certainly reissue a new check with everyone's approval; please... contact me directly and I would be happy to help. You can reach me at AWiley@ElevateToKStreet.com. Thank you! Sincerely, Anisah Wiley, Community Manager
