Relationships are the key to successful Real Estate transactions, and Marsha takes pride in developing trust-based relationships with her clients as well as other successful agents in the market. She represents clients in all price ranges, from entry-level condominiums to multi-million-dollar homes, and every client receives the same level of dedicated personal attention. A journalism major and former advertising executive, Marsha brings strong marketing, communications and negotiating skills to the real estate profession. She started her career in 1994 at the boutique firm Ritchie-Hallanan, where she was named Rookie of the Year. When Ritchie-Hallanan was acquired by the prestigious luxury firm of Alain Pinel Realtors, Marsha was consistently one of their top San Francisco agents, repeatedly named to the APR President’s Roundtable. She was invited to speak on the opening panel of the Luxury Portfolio International Summit in 2019. She spent one year at Compass and now brings her expertise to Christie's International Real Estate. She was honored as one of Real Trend’s America’s Best Real Estate Agents, which recognizes the top one-half of one percent (0.5%) of residential real estate professionals in America. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which recognizes the top 3% in the nation. She is a member of San Francisco’s Top Agent Network. Marsha is a 40-year resident of San Francisco, who grew up in Kansas City and formerly lived in Washington DC. She is actively involved in the community. She served as President and top individual fundraiser for California Pacific Medical Center’s fundraising organization for pediatric programs. She has worked as a committee member and in a fundraising capacity for the Gladstone Institute and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She supports the Milo Foundation, from where she adopted her beloved poodle-havanese mix Ryder. In December 2007, Marsha joined a People-to-People delegation to Rwanda, visiting orphanages and villages to learn about reconciliation efforts in the formerly war-torn African nation. While in Rwanda she also visited Volcanos National Park, trekking to see the nearly extinct Mountain Gorillas inhabiting the forests there. She currently lives in San Francisco's Cow Hollow neighborhood with her Aussiechon puppy, Cooper.
