(a) employment -two most recent paystubs are required for employees. (b) Self-employed year to date income report and two most recent years of tax returns will be required, along with two most recent bank statements. (c) Any other forms of income may require a benefit letter. 5. Photo Identification is required. 6. NO Co-signers. 7. NO PETS. 8. Rent will start no later than 14 days from the approval of your application, no exceptions. Homes are rented in the condition at the time of viewing Federal Occupancy Guidelines: 2 per bedroom + 1 additional occupant; 2 per studio. CalPIG does not advertise on Craigslist.
